This collection of songs were recorded when I was creating "Slow Ice," but for various reasons, didn't make it onto the album. "Thunder" and "Executioner" were both finished before the majority of the tracks on "Slow Ice" were completed, but they both felt too dark to wind up on an album about the beauty of winter. "Heartbeat" was started during the final leg of the recording process for "Slow Ice," and was put on the back burner for a few months. I just recently finished it and am ready to share it with you!
